Who Adult Quran Classes are for

You never learned Arabic letters, or learned so long ago that you've forgotten. We start at the very beginning.

You learned as a child but stopped. We pick up exactly where you left off.

You can read but want correct pronunciation and the rules of Tajweed.
✗ Not for children
Children are welcome in our standard courses — see Noorani Qaida and Tajweed.
Adult Quran Classes — common questions
Is it too late to learn Quran as an adult?
No. Many Almuallim students are adults starting from scratch or returning after decades. The lessons are designed around adult learning — no judgement, no rush.
Can adults learn Tajweed from scratch?
Yes. Adults who cannot yet read Arabic begin with Noorani Qaida, then progress to Tajweed reading. Adults who can already read can start Tajweed directly.
What if I am embarrassed about my level?
Every Almuallim lesson is one-to-one, so no one else hears you. Teachers are patient and experienced with adult beginners.
Do you offer flexible scheduling for working adults?
Yes. Lessons are scheduled in UK time, with early morning, evening and weekend slots available to fit around work and family.
